
Elizabeth C. Lewis is the editor of
Legal Solutions for Small Business and an attorney at the Law Offices of David A. Sprecace, P.C. As an attorney, her practice focuses on business transactions and intellectual property law, with an emphasis on business formation, contracts, website and IT agreements, and employment agreements.
While a student at CU Law School, she interned at the CU’s Technology Transfer Office. While there, she helped draft a variety of intellectual property agreements and presented several seminars on matters ranging from Google and its effect on copyright law to import and export laws regarding intellectual property.
Prior to law school, she also received her Master of Science in Computer Information Technologies while working in the operations department at a start-up IT company. She is the chairwoman of the New Lawyer Division of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, a member of the Denver Bar Association Mentorship Committee and a board member of the Mayfair Neighbors.
