Interesting top line community building case from Cisco
Know there was a lot of discussion at the first networking session at the Wyncoop about community building, tactics, what's worked, etc. I think this is a decent very high-level flip-through case but seems light on the measurement, but thought I'd share. It was in support of a recent Cisco product launch. Check it out here.
